When do we open for the 2026 Christmas season?
We’ll open for the 2026 Christmas season on Friday, November 27 from 8 AM–6 PM, followed by Saturday, November 28 from 8 AM–6 PM and Sunday, November 29 from 1–5 PM. All other dates will be by appointment and subject to tree availability, so please check our website and social media for the latest hours and updates throughout the season.

Do you offer choose and cut Christmas Trees?
Yes! We offer choose-and-cut Christmas trees grown right here at Judy Tree Farm. Availability and varieties may vary throughout the season, so we recommend visiting early for the best selection.
What types of Christmas trees do you have?
We offer several varieties of Christmas trees grown right here on our farm, including white pine, scotch pine, norway spruce, canaan fir, & eastern red cedar. We also have a selection of fresh-cut Fraser Firs brought in from North Carolina. Varieties and sizes may vary throughout the season based on availability. Learn more about our trees!
Do you offer ball and burlap?
No, we do not offer ball and burlap Christmas trees. All of our farm-grown trees available for choose and cut are cut trees intended for use as Christmas trees.
How much do real Christmas trees cost?
Our Christmas tree prices vary based on the variety and size of the tree. Current pricing will be available at the farm during the season, and we’re happy to help you find a tree that fits your home and budget.
Do I need a reservation to visit?
No reservation is needed to visit Judy Tree Farm! Just stop by during our regular farm hours and enjoy your visit. Our hours will be published on our website and social media.
Do I need to bring a saw to cut my Christmas Tree?
No need to bring your own saw! We provide everything you’ll need to cut down your Christmas tree.
What happens after I cut down my tree?
After you cut down your tree, we’ll take care of the rest! If needed, we can help carry it in from the field, shake out loose needles and debris, and bale it to make getting it home a little easier.
Can you help me load my Christmas tree?
Absolutely! Our team is happy to help carry your tree and load it into or onto your vehicle so you can get it home safely.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Choose whichever payment method is most convenient for you!
Can we take family photos at the farm?
Yes! We have several festive areas around the farm set up for family photos, so feel free to capture plenty of memories during your visit. We do not allow professional photography during regular farm hours; professional photographers should contact us to learn more about scheduling a session.
Do you allow professional photographers on the farm?
Yes! Professional photographers are welcome at Judy Tree Farm with a photography session reservation. Learn more here!
Are dogs/pets allowed at the farm?
Yes! Well-behaved pets are welcome at Judy Tree Farm as long as they remain on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet, be respectful of other guests, and don’t allow pets to relieve themselves on the Christmas trees.
What should I wear when visiting the farm?
Judy Tree Farm is a working farm, so we recommend dressing for the weather and wearing comfortable, sturdy shoes or boots. Fields can be uneven, muddy, or wet depending on conditions, so plan accordingly—and feel free to add a little Christmas spirit!
What if it rains or snows?
A little Kentucky weather is part of the Christmas tree farm experience! We plan to remain open rain, snow, or shine, but severe weather may affect farm hours—check our website or social media for the latest updates before your visit
Is the farm wheelchair or stroller accessible?
Judy Tree Farm is a working farm with natural, uneven terrain, so some areas may be difficult to navigate with wheelchairs or strollers, especially after wet weather. We’re always happy to assist where we can, but please keep the terrain in mind when planning your visit.
Do you sell Christmas tree stands, wreaths, greenery, or other Christmas items?
